PJSC ��ݮ��Ƶ (hereinafter, the “Company”) announces that the Company’s President and member of the Board of Directors Vagit Alekperov informed the Company about his decision to resign as a member of the Board of Directors of PJSC ��ݮ��Ƶ and early resign as President of PJSC ��ݮ��Ƶ. The respective notices of resignation were sent today to the Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors.

As of 31 March 2022, Vagit Alekperov owns and votes 3.12% of shares in PJSC ��ݮ��Ƶ. Vagit Alekperov is also a beneficiary (including through family trusts or mutual funds) of 5.43% of shares in PJSC ��ݮ��Ƶ, in respect of which he has no voting rights. Therefore, Vagit Alekperov is not a controlling shareholder of PJSC ��ݮ��Ƶ.​

22/07/2021 - ��ݮ��Ƶ LAUNCHES PRODUCTION OF ADVANCED POLYMER-BITUMEN BINDERS AT ITS NIZHNY NOVGOROD REFINERY

Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Yury Borisov, Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region Gleb Nikitin and President of PJSC ��ݮ��Ƶ Vagit Alekperov took part in the ceremony of commissioning of a polymer-bitumen binders production unit at ��ݮ��Ƶ's Nizhny Novgorod refinery. The commissioning took place today in the city of Kstovo (Nizhny Novgorod region). ​

Prime Minister of Iraq Haider Al Abadi held a meeting with P​JSC ��ݮ��Ƶ President Vagit Alekperov in Baghdad. Parties discussed several issues related to ��ݮ��Ƶ projects in the country.​
